Dr. Gregory Lopez specializes in minimally invasive treatments for complex degenerative spine disorders and both pediatric and adult spinal deformities. He holds a bachelor's degree in Arts, Anthropology, and Pre-Professional Studies from the University of Notre Dame and earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio School of Medicine. Dr. Lopez completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the University of California, Irvine, where he developed low-cost surgical simulators for orthopedic training. He furthered his expertise with a spine surgery fellowship at Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush.

Dr. Lopez has received numerous honors, including the AAOS Scientific Exhibit Award of Excellence, and has conducted research on various spine surgery topics. His contributions to the field are recognized for their impact on improving patient outcomes and advancing orthopedic education.

As a former Toronto Blue Jays minor league baseball player and a collegiate shortstop and team captain for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, Dr. Lopez brings a unique understanding of the rigorous training and physical demands of high-level sports. His background as an athlete enriches his approach to treating orthopedic injuries and complex spinal conditions, combining his clinical expertise with a personal appreciation for the challenges athletes face. Dr. Lopez is married and has five children.

Lindsey Strom received her Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Communications from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign in 2004. In 2008, Lindsey graduated from DePaul University School of Law, and was admitted to the Illinois bar. During law school, Lindsey worked at the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office in the Juvenile Justice Bureau. She obtained her 711 license and successfully prosecuted juveniles in narcotics and domestic violence cases. Before working at Strom & Associates, Ltd., Lindsey practiced workers’ compensation as an insurance defense attorney. Her experience in working for the insurance companies has provided a wealth of knowledge and has made her better equipped to help those injured workers’ in need.

In 2013, Lindsey was selected by Super Lawyers & Chicago Magazine to the prestigious Rising Stars List as one of the top up and coming attorneys in Illinois. This is an honor received by only 2.5 percent of attorneys in Illinois each year. Lindsey was recognized by Leading Lawyers as an Emerging Lawyer since 2015, which are comprised of the top 2% of lawyers under 40 years old or practicing for less than 10 years, and as a Leading Lawyer since 2019, as one of the nation’s top lawyers based upon a survey of her peers.
